110-300-0480(2)(d) Supervision: During the interviews, it was confirmed that the child was not within visual and/or auditory range (active supervision) of their teachers, Sunni and Lenae. The staff did not know where the child had gone during their transition back to the school. The child was observed by another staff member, Kim that was on their break running down the sidewalk. Kim was unsure where the child had came from or who child was at the time. Kim retrieved the child so that they could not run any further and then Lenae arrived while in search of the child and retrieved the child from Kim. ?? "No observation provided."
